-In Italy:

Cardinale offers a free express shipping service in Italy for orders over € 100. In the city of Milan, it guarantees same-day delivery for all orders received before 2:00 pm.

Express delivery is scheduled within 3-5 working days from the receipt of the order. Any delivery delay is due to the temporary unavailability of products or to external factors such as courier problems, bad weather conditions, holidays.

Deliveries will take place during office hours from Monday to Friday, public holidays excluded. Allow 1 extra working day for delivery to the islands or a rural address.

During Christmas time, deliveries may be delayed due to heavy traffic.


-In Europe:

30,00 Euro - Express Worldwide (air shipping) - 3 working days

A failed delivery attempt happens in case the customer is absent or the address provided is incomplete or wrong. If this occurs, the driver may act as follows:

Option 1
DHL will send an email or a text message to organize a new delivery attempt (up to 2). If the third delivery is not successful, the package will be stored at the nearest DHL service point, where the customer (notified by email) can collect it.

Option 2
DHL will notify the customer via text message or e-mail and will deliver the package the following day (up to 2). If the third delivery is not successful, the package will be stored at the nearest DHL service point, where the customer (notified by email) can collect it.
 

Option 3
DHL will notify the customer via text message or e-mail that the package is in storage at the nearest DHL service point, where he can collect it personally

You can choose to buy online and pick up in our store.
In this case you have a 15 days time to collect your order. After 15 days you will receive a reminder email or call.
If the order is not collected in the following week (therefore within 21 days of purchase), the cancellation and refund procedure will be activated by the Cardinale team. After the payment is cancelled, you will no longer have the right to claim your purchase.

We will ship your order with quality packaging to ensure packages are always delivered on time and in great condition. Cardinale prefers shipping its products with an anonymous packaging to prevent risks of unwanted loss.

Any shipment to countries outside EU may be subject to taxes and customs duties. Please note that these extra costs, if applied, are charged to the recipient.

We’re sorry to inform you that you can’t require a tax-free invoice for online purchases as the physical presence of the buyer is necessary to fill in the tax free form (as reported by the Global Blue company).

If you buy outside the EU you are eligible to buy our goods free of VAT.
